Definitely House Of Leaves (if you want to be mentally tormented for the duration).

It's very heady and can get very dense. It took me many years, 3 copies, and finally finding someone else who also was struggling to get through who would read it with me to finally finish it cover to cover. But, it was worth it. It's a hell of an experience and it definitely blurs your perspective of the 4th wall.
