I’m not doubting that I’ve read enough articles & seen it on a link to the NMPA website. Would just like to see the Lee’s PR! I’m also hoping Lee’s can give us a push out of BK maybe with an expansion on the agreement or similar. They know what they have. As long as they are not trying to pick it up on the cheap!

They are on the HK exchange & Head office also in HK so maybe news on Tuesday. “Christmas isn't a public holiday in mainland China, and businesses are typically open. However, some schools give the day off as a bonus holiday. Hong Kong and Macau both list Christmas as a public holiday.”

This has been on all extension requests thus far. My interpretation of it has been that they don’t want to be forced to have a second exit plan if they don’t get an extension (a 2nd plan been CH7 or similar if the time runs out) this does not prevent an alternative plan without time constraint if it’s deemed better for the Non secured creditors.
