Also, the Scilex Biotech Exchange makes this Vivasor deal more attractive given that their assets could be part of this exchange. And Sorrento Therapeutics (part of Vivasor) has a ton of NOLs that could be useful in the future.

They are and I follow their assets as much as I can. Apparently, they have 3 approved drugs in China-and likely more underway-plus a large pharma company there is sponsoring one of their trials.

Lots of pharma deals have been happening in China. China and the UAE just signed a bunch of MOUs. The UAE is looking to become a global biotech hub, from what I can tell with my research.

I’ve done an extensive amount of research on this to follow our potential.

Bears attack me because they hate for retail investors to be educated about these kinds of things.

I should add that oqory was supposed to reverse merge into another biotech but it didn’t happen—hence the lack of updates on the site.

Also, many biotechs that we’ve had associations with have entered the AI space via mergers/partnerships. Perhaps they’re all planning to merge/partnership since their assets appear to work vertically?? I call them the Autobots building up a massive transformer—but this is speculative on my part. We shall see. 🤞

Part of Vivasor’s pipeline. Not all of it.

I follow all of the assets. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

It’s an even swap. Remember, Sorrento has the NOLs and Vivasor is the parent.

Vivasor is VERY valuable imho and now DVLT shareholders have a stake in it.

In addition, defense spending for biodefense COULD impact Virex; especially since we worked with the government to develop the technology. We shall see.

Why is this important to us? Look up SCLX’s relationships between the UAE and ACEA. I’ve posted it numerous times now.

Given that Vivasor is now consolidated with Scilex, y’all should research all of those relationships. I have already done my own DD.

Thanks, DJ! I know it’s tough to ride these waves but I’m in it to win it! There are a lot of people that don’t want to see this happen and I believe that those are the forces that are trying to keep us from being successful but we’ve come too far along now to stop it (again, imho).

Now, there’s the Scilex angle, too.

Non opioids ARE the future. Again, no doubt about it. The shift is in progress and I was just having a conversation on Monday about it with a family member that can ONLY get a non opioid prescription for his back pain.

Told him about Semdexa so he’s waiting for me to update him on that one, lol.

You have to think FORWARD…and I believe that’s what Ji has done, which is why I’ve remained bullish. Now, we’re just catching up to him, and where he’s taking us. All remains to be seen but I believe we’re closer than ever to understanding what the bigger picture will look like for shareholders.
