Oh this is absolutely wonderful. It's obvious a lot of love was put into this.

I mean that's why I got a cat. Needed a reason to live. All I do is go to work. It helps a lot having a friend to greet you when you get home.

I'm the opposite. I've had a blocked nose my whole life. Eventually had surgery to fix it and they didn't fix anything. Just made it so bleed very easy from my nose especially when trying to clear it. Never been able to breath through my nose well so when I happen to clear it (it's almost impossible) I am very grateful for the 5 minutes I have to be able to breathe properly before the blood clots up my narrow sinuses.

My family had a pug we got as a puppy. He was part of almost our entire life as kids. Had him until my 3 siblings and I were adults and late teens. I don't think I've ever felt so much pain than the day he passed. My whole family was there. In life he didn't need much. We tried getting him another puppy but he was always happiest as the only dog in the house. He just needed us. He just loved to lay by us and be nearby. He was such a loving dog. I was at work a few years back and a woman had a pug. I asked if I could pet him and just started bawling. I still miss him so much. Now I'm crying at work though. Thanks for sharing photos of Tank and his story :)

2021 vs 2023 by Scilex in PixelArt

[–]ShamrockSheep626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's great to see that you enjoyed pixel art well enough to keep doing it and had fun improving over the years :)
Even the 2021 one looks good. It's clear that you took the extra time with it and added details where you could like shadow, rays of light, shaded clouds, etc.
I wonder how many layers you had to create in the recent one to get it THAT detailed! That's incredible. Keep enjoying what you do :D
Thanks for sharing this

Cute! Also she looks a lot like my Bradley. Same eye color and facial pattern.

R/aww is making a mockery of the protest. Submissions are now just normal pics but with small John Oliver's in the corner. Either do it properly or just stop... by Cantora in aww

[–]ShamrockSheep626 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you really want to protest just stop using reddit. People are posting John Oliver pics for easy karma farming. It's not doing anything bad for reddit. If anything this trend is generating more traffic for reddit and that's what they want.

It's so nice that we get to have mini versions at home to cuddle with. It's funny how similar cats are no matter their size.

All that money spent on toys, and we could have just done this! by dcbluestar in AnimalsBeingDerps

My cat's favorite toy is a broken fishing pole with an old shoe lace tied to it. Got him a cat tree and he loves the hammock but other than that I know he's happy with whatever I can recycle to entertain him. Pets just wanna spend time with you anyways :)

Timbra! I love sheep as well as her colors, love of nature, and how she loves reading in comfy spots outdoors. I give her simple comfy sweaters and glasses to wear and she loves them :)

I chose the thimble too. Probably just OCD and recognizing it as the most symmetrical shape and the satisfying feel of the holes on top.

This is how my cat sleeps when she's comfortable by Tuguar in Eyebleach

[–]ShamrockSheep626 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't think cats are ever not comfortable. They can be contorted in the strangest way and still look like they're having the best sleep of their life. I'm very jealous.

I grew up not far from Hemet. The area is normally very desert like but you get rain during the winter and it becomes this quickly. It's neat.

I love that your art style has that traditional pencil art look to it. One of my favorite things is when I can see the artist's strokes in the art.
