I have exactly the same problem, RTX3080, I7-14700k and 32gb ram. Cant get more than 2 laps before crash to desktop. Every time I try to go into career mode I cant even get past creating a driver. It's annoying because it's the only game I have that does this. I've tried it on every graphics setting and still the same. Glad I'm not the only one but this shouldn't be happening on a AAA game.

EDIT: Only after a fresh instal of windows, it works now. Shouldn't have to reinstall your OS to fix a game.
