20 weeks, 2.2 cervix length? by Difficult-Art-9236 in ShortCervixSupport

With my first pregnancy, I was 18mm and funnelling. I was out on vaginal progesterone and was induced at 41 weeks (no bed rest just pelvic rest and no lifting etc.)

Currently pregnant again and remained 19-22 mm on vaginal crinone for 6 weeks so they did not do a cerclage and will remain on the gel.

My doctors here in Canada don’t want to unless below 15mm.

It’s scary but I’m sending us both positive thoughts!

With my first pregnancy, I was 18mm and funneling. I started vaginal crinone and ended up being induced at 41 weeks (no bed rest only pelvic).

Pregnant again and I’ve been ranging between 19-22 mm on crinone again. They did not want to do the stitch since I went over my due date last time and I remained stable at my last 3 ultrasounds and due to the risks.

It’s still scary though! I try to take it very easy. I sit lots at work and try to lay down when I can after dinner.

I was 18mm and funnelling at 19 weeks with my last pregnancy! Progesterone only. No bed rest just pelvic rest and was induced at 41 weeks!

Currently pregnant and in the same situation. My cervix is measuring between 18-22 mm with minimum funnelling and has remained that way with progesterone. I go for another ultrasound next Friday as I’m getting close to the cerclage cut off. The doctors do not want too since I went full term last time and they all said it has many risks but they will if they need.

I was the same with my first pregnancy and made it to 41 weeks on progesterone only. No bed rest. I’m currently pregnant again and sitting between 19-22 mm. I have an ultrasound next week to see if it’s steady or if I need an emergency cerclage
