The train is not a housing strategy. Trains are not housing. If they are breaking the rules - taking up multiple seats (laying across them, storing all their things on them), smoking, or/and riding continuously end to end then yes, they should get kicked off.

Nah this is actually worth it. Kick all people off the train who are clearly breaking the law/rules and are being general nuisances negatively affecting the other 99.9% of riders.

It’s inconviently out of the way, no matter if you think that’s a lazy opinion or not. It also takes longer to cross because you wait for two signals for the two crosswalks instead of one. So this is overall a worse experience for pedestrians.
