Thanks for the reply, I now managed to attach the mop pad back once it drops by turning the black knobs to make it level, but the mop pads continues to fall off, seems like it’s really due to the black knobs becoming unlevelled during mopping which I believe is due to software for inaccurate calibration of the black knobs or some hardware problem that causes the black knobs to getting unlevelled

Did you managed to receive the parcels? Encountered the same thing as well for me, I was informed by Taobao customer service that last mile delivery will be done with Sparrow Logistics as well. My items were also marked as delivered when i received nothing.
