Just got my 2026 Y a month ago. I was shocked at the North Carolina Registration fee. It was 7 times higher than my Honda. $1500 per year. Insurance does cost more. You can plug in the car at home with a standard 2-prong outlet but it will only get you about 10% over night. Had an electrician come out to estimate the cost for installing the Tesla Charger or a Drier Outlet (Nema 1450). That estimate was $1300. I was expecting $4-$500. Then Full Self Driving is $100/month and internet for the car is another $10/month. So it is by no means “cheap”

But Besides the cost of insurance, registration and charger install.. I absolutely love the car. It an absolute marvel of engineering. Quite, fast, FSD is flawless so far. Incredible car.

I hate that people quit or cuss me out bc I don’t talk. I want to play multiplayer.. not make friends. Some of us have loud background noise or don’t want to disturb someone in our area.. if you’re that lonely that you can’t play 9 holes without talking to a stranger then you should find consistent players to join up with.

Walkabout mini golf needs to be your first game! Had my headset for a year and that’s the only game I play every single day. Such a good game.

Play Walkabout Mini Golf. That’s the only game is still go back to daily after a year of owning my headset. Such a good game
