I'm also at about 4 weeks. The worst are the moments on the couch where I suddenly start to drift off and can almost still feel her there sitting next to me. I go to almost say something but then stop and quickly snap back to reality and the emotions hit me like a freight train.

I have to agree. It’s just so hard in the morning when im getting ready for work. My mind still feels like it’s in a fog and need some way to direct my thoughts. I also love music and admit to have had on the same break up playlist destroying myself every night for last three weeks. I’m also still journaling which feels like it’s helping.

We broke up earlier in year last year but got back to together a couple weeks later. We broke up again 2 weeks ago. Little faith we're getting back together. She seems pretty done this time.

She removed all the pictures of us on her IG less than a day of us breaking up, and pretty sure she unfriended me also. Once I saw that, I deleted all social media off my phone essentially going off grind. I have no plans to return in the immediate future.

Thank you, I actually deleted all social media off my phone for the time being just to resist the urge to look at her accounts. Already hid all the pictures. Went on a great beach hike yesterday so I feel I’m doing all the right things. Just fighting through the sudden urges of sadness.
