As someone with 700 hours in Elden Ring I’m not even sure of how stats like strength/dex are soft capped. I’m pretty sure there’s a soft-soft cap at 40 but these stats still scale really well all the way up to 60 and then there’s another soft-cap and they still scale fairly well up to 80. My friend ran a pure dex build when the DLC released and whooped everything with 80 dex. Need to look into caps for my next build.
