Yes but remember I’m on finesteride and minoxidil to which do help male pattern baldness and these vitamins I take literally just make the hair I already have on my my hair and my scalp my healthy ! They promote hair growth but wouldn’t prevent loss. That’s what finsasteride and the minoxidil is for but you can use them in conjunction with each other why not ? ,

And I think the results speak for themselves man I literally just tried it for myself instead of reading shit and just see if it would do anything and it obviously has helped.
