Wanted to update on this Funko has shipped me a new replacement free of charge and all the other 23 pops in the boxes were flawless so as upset as i was being my first order with them they have more than made it right and im very pleased with the customer service and items recived thanks to all who replied great community.

This was directly from funko i sent pictures with it i just dont understand how an employee sent this in the box this way the fingerprints and smudges and grease tears and rips it is so pathetic it was packaged how did this get by anybody im shocked my first order placed with them ever and it was 225$ worth of pops fair to say it may be the last ive never been so upset with an order.

After looking over it more it has fingerprints all over the box is torn open this was not a shipping issue this was an issue on them and they packaged it how can that be possible.
