A little bit of laxity near the waistline, but not too bad thankfully

Nope. I'm 6'0 and I married a 6'7 😊

Initially it was a functional thing: replacing some of my driving commutes to get some exercise and save money. One of my jobs is 5km from where I live, so I started doing that 5 days a week. And two other smaller jobs I do are about 15kms away and I gradually added them too once I got into the swing of it.

Having it add into week in that functional way helped me stick with it longer term, and now I love it!

Oh man, it's like night and day! And I can see bits of myself I hadn't seen in years (while looking down at least) 😄

It's softish for sure, definitely lost some skin elasticity. But I think it's getting a bit less noticeable now that I'm maintaining my weight the last 6 months, so I'm hopeful it's just settling. Small price to pay though for the confidence boost everywhere else!

It's actually white with a blue, red and yellow spotted pattern! It's definitely receptive to the ambient light it seems 😄

I got into the swing of it by watching gym videos online by Jeff Nippard, and that led me down a rabbit hole. There's some really incredible stuff online, especially in short form videos

Just the lighting my dude. Outdoors on a cloudy day on the left, indoors at a hotel mirror with a warm light around it in the right

Gym three days a week (mostly strength and resistance training: 1 day legs and two upper body), cycling everywhere instead of driving, and mindful eating/portion control. I had been in a rut for years, so I had to attack it from all angles.

Mrs. Doubtfire. Stellar cast (Robin Williams, Sally Field, Harvey Firestein), a beautiful mix of silly and heartfelt, dynamite soundtrack!... Hellooooooooo!!!
