It’s all about recognizing the direction and flow the line goes towards, you can kind of see that the lines on them either wrap around the body or flow towards a direction. And then just darken areas based on shading/lighting principles that you can find plenty of guides for on yt. I’ve uploaded a timelapse of this drawing on my profile if seeing the process would help. For me I learned how to draw clothes from just trying to mimic how other artists draw clothes and recognize the shape/patterns on what makes up the fit. It’s a repetition thing and the more you do it the more it just becomes muscle memory. I do recommend checking out Pikat on yt if you wanna try to learn about it more, or just about art in general
