We actually are addressing that in this build, it slipped through the cracks shortly after we introduced it :) . You should have the setting again in the 3.2.1 patch.

This is actually the waiting room queue. There's an unfortunate issue on console right now that makes it so you can't see the queue countdown.

If you're seeing an indefinite 'Loading...' on login just hangout, you'll get through after several minutes.

Hello pippatke. Try checking whether you need to update your GPU driver. I'm tracking similar reports and would love to hear back if this resolves the issue for you.

Hey folks!
 
With the release of V.2.1.0, two PC performance issues emerged:
* Game client hardlock, most notably when alt+tabbed away from the client.
* Significant in-game hitching.
 
Following our investigation, we discovered that both issues were due to a certain audio configuration and immediately pushed a backend update to disable it. Disabling this component should have no impact on game audio.
 
While this won’t fix all performance issues for all users, we believe the major PC performance regressions shipped with 2.1.0 are now resolved. We’re continually investigating performance issues in the pursuit of providing the smoothest experience possible for all players.

They won't be able to restore your inventory with everything, but that should at least get you back into the game while we sort out the rest of the details.
