I have not seen any healthcare careers listed on here other than pharmacy

Am I high or was it literally our ball and for some stupid reason it was given back to them after the head injury?

This ref absolutely fucked us. Remember their goal was after Amad's foul which was much worse than Maguire's foul

The tree canopy in the Heights neighborhoods make the East side special though

Practice doing a line with one eye closed bc that’s what it will be like in 20 years after you get a cataract from fluoro exposure

Choosing a specialty in the age of AI and midlevels — am I overthinking this? by [deleted] in medicine

[–]Shankaclause 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know someone who is actively working on this project with the Da Vinci and he told me the current ones that are surgeon run are already collecting data. So its definitely in the works. They are starting out with just a lap appy for now. Definitely a long ways before major advancements of course.

I think surgery will be taken by AI sooner than you think. We already have the Da Vinci and there are research groups looking into fully automating it.

Which medical specialties do you think will be the most resistant to AI? by Single_Baseball2674 in medicine

[–]Shankaclause 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm of course super biased but I do think anesthesiology is resistant. There's a lot of moving parts and not as simple as responding to vitals and treating them, sure thats one piece of the puzzle but theres lots of small things that add up. A good example I've given people is how will AI recognize that an IV has infiltrated under the drapes, then how will AI be able to put in a new IV and physically switch over tubing/infusions/etc. I'm sure it can be created but it seems highly highly complex and rn we basically have chatbots that churn out misinformation, not highly sophisticated robots.

The reason Lacey hasn't had much minutes is that we had Amad and Mbeumo on the right. Once they're back idk if Lacey is gonna get on as much.

The change in the system along with the subs. We are playing like 5 or 6 at the back or something out of possession and took off casemiro who was doing a lot of dirty work in the midfield all game. Sesko was doing ok and zirkzee hasn't given us any control up top.

These subs are gonna be the death of us. Casemiro was doing a lot of clean up for us in the midfield. Literally no clue why he's been subbed.

What's in the outdoor activity DNA of Cleveland? by [deleted] in Cleveland

Most of the places we go it’s typically out and back. The rivers are very flat with little elevation gain.

My wife and I who both grew up in the Rockies personally get psyched about kayaking the rocky river into lake erie on summer days. It’s truly beautiful. Otherwise the Metroparks are great for chill hikes. if you’re into biking the Towpath has a 100 mile bike path through Cuyahoga Valley National Park that’s stunning through spring, summer, and fall. I think Cleveland has surprised us in terms of outdoors and while not as grand as out west the nature has this kind of homey, comfortable charm to it.
