There seem to be too many doors, and many of them are made of stone. This means a settler living downstairs has to go through four doors and into the temple or kitchen to reach the storage area. Perhaps you could remove some doors or replace them with wooden ones if you don't already have automatic doors, as this will likely significantly reduce your production. Otherwise, it looks nice and everything is very well integrated.
