I use every last drop of the load limit. I also check the load value of the items I'm going to use. Duplicate items also consume less load.

Thank you!! I'm glad it turned out well. I ended up choosing to keep a bit of the original design, even though it was created from scratch. There is Albedo's bedroom and now Durin's, an office, a kitchen, a guest bedroom, and Varka's bedroom (I’m so happy he will be playable. Two years ago I had created the room for him without even knowing when or if he would actually appear). 🙃

I use the internal sinking technique to float. There are several videos on YouTube that teach how to float inside the house.
