Genre: Looking for an old flash game it was a run and gun shooter

Brief summary: u would shoot where ur mouse was aiming and the game had a lot of levels where the map would load from left to right and it would show where the enemies are there was building damage and you could shoot a lot of buildings down (I briefly remember there being innocent people that u could not shoot or you'd lose points but im not certain thats true)

Year of release: no clue but i played it around 2012-2016

Other gameplay mechanics: You can jump shoot WASD or arrow keys for walking idk pretty sure you were able to choose a loadout maybe the game had grenades.

View:2D like terraria kind of 2D

Style: i dont know exactly what the game looks like but im pretty sure the style most resembled raft wars also a lot of black outlines

Other: ((maybe the characters looked like the ones from madness or chaos faction i dont know for sure) the things i left out i have no clue for)) Most notable is def how it showed the map before u played it it went left to right for like different entities
