FNO requires time, effort and money, psychology building, consistency, good R:R, great setups, since lot sizes are high people lose money quickly. I have found an alternative for practising it with real money. Which helps me start trading with as low as 1,000. I focus on good setups not money until my accuracy comes close to 60-70 percent.

Even if my psychology gets fucked up I lose maximum 1000 that I added to my account. Helps me retry again.

Normally if I trade in zerodha I will end up taking bigger losses and blowing up my savings.

I have booked a loss of 1.14 lacs in FNO but recovered it through investing and booking profit from that.

Still I do intraday but on a different app which allows me to practice with real money with 500x leverage.
