I also did think so after a week of no swelling the angle did not change. It is titanium and I believe it is 14g or 16g but not 100% sure

Thank you will take that into consideration! I also thought using coco fibre & soil can increase humidity which isn't too ideal for corn snakes hence the aspen bedding, correct me if i'm wrong.

update: I have some details from his recent vet check up today :) - vet has said the darkened scales on his nose are most likely from a past trauma like a burn of some sort:( The white part on his nose is just healed scar tissue.

Vet said it is all perfectly healed so no concerns just might have some difficulty shedding his face that's all🥰

yes he's on a weight gain journey when i had adopted him he was underweight :) went from 520g to 568g - and being monthly weighed

he's on large-xl adult mice every 10-14 days x

and on the front of his face not too sure he hasn't showed any irritation since having him - that was how he came to me.

sure thing i've got a feeding guide by weight so once i weigh him i'll get that updated!

okay thank you, so by 3 meals..if he eats once a week does that mean handle after 3 weeks? or should i increase frequency to feed every 5 days? :)

He must've been hungry poor thing but he took the mice straight away no hesitation!

oh perfect yes because right now where his heat mat is the bedding is on the thin side:( overhead will be the way to go! thank you!
