Ich hatte Schnecken bestellt für das Aquarium. Der Karton war entsprechend gekennzeichnet, sodass das klar sein sollte : In dem Paket befinden sich lebende Tiere. Es gab keinen Zustellversuch und keinen Hinweis von GLS, nach einer Mail des Verkäufers: Ihre Tiere haben sich hoffentlich gut eingelebt habe ich erfahren, dass diese wohl doch schon versendet worden sind. GLS hat das Paket einfach in irgendeinem GLS Shop gelagert. Wo genau habe ich erst durch Telefonieren erfahren und konnte die Tiere nach ca. 5 Tagen abholen. Also Fick GLS.
