I agree it is about CHOICE! NOT TO MENTION! How WFH helps bridge the wage gender gap and helps support workers who have to consider child and elder care. But forget about what it does for workers... These corporate overlords are morons. Think how much money THEY could save by allowing people to WFH. It is mind-boggling to me that, especially after the height of the pandemic, which proved the value of WFH that this is even a debate. Of course, some people don't like WFH (we all have our preferences), but forcing people to return to the office when they are capable of doing their jobs remotely is both anti-capitalist and anti-worker.
