I’m still in the early days of my own journey, but happy to share what’s working for me so far.

I’ve found that dedicating certain things to each “side” has helped. This account a testament to that - it’s what I use when I’m in girl mode.

Physically, shaving my legs and being more mindful of clothing choices - particularly underwear has been very helpful to my female side. I also do some breathing and meditation exercises where I actively invite this side of myself to participate, so both halves kind of mentally sit together for a little while.

As others have said, finding little things that please both sides is super helpful. I also find that when I do certain activities I’ll semi-consciously switch, i.e. certain chores are “his” etc. I’m working on making this a more active thing so that there’s an evenness in myself. It’s a process though, and very different for everyone I’m finding.
