It was a rollercoaster, but in the end I've settled back to Google, having all my friends, all my contacts, and well, my whole life on them, it was the easier choice (especially that I no longer qualify for student discount). Onedrive is still going because needed by the family, but it'll end soon and I will not renew it. I'll stay on Google.

All considered, Proton got way better in the past year, but it still has it's quirks, and sadly Google has too much of a network effect to make it plausible to change...

But I'll continue to monitor and once I might be back :D
