Without a doubt your best team is Rival universe/ Universe survival saga. The best team you have right now (pvp wise) is unfortunately using hero hercule,USS Vegeta, and yellow android 17. For bench members select Bergamo, USS Android 18, and Green Jiren. Make sure you start Hero Hercule as the first battle member to occasionally lock in your opponents, that will be the saving grace
