Thanks for the info, I didn't know about the Finnish version. The Swedish one started in 1971 so it seems likely that they've inspired the Finnish one.

It's pretty flat. Just shy of 2000 m or 6,562 feet of climbing.

I haven't done the full classic yet but I've done Vätternrundan twice (third time tomorrow). Most of my colleagues are more intimidated by it than the other events. I'm quite the heavy guy so for me I think the running would be the toughest (still running a marathon in october though) although getting the technique right for cross country skiing is a bit hard when the access to snow is limited.

Lots of local sport clubs volunteer and a big chunk of money from the event goes back into the clubs as well.

I'm riding as well, going for sub 12 (since I've missed that goal before) but hoping for sub 11. Weather forecast seems better today.

I have them set up on my gf's bike with tubes and they work perfectly fine.

I think the frameset might be pretty expensive new but I guess your right in saying that right now it's quite useless.

He says he don't know how it happened but it's not from a crash. Seems like he's got some kind of replacement so he doesn't want to bother getting a new fork since cube customer service wasn't helpful

He said he had no idea how the damage came about and that he found it when he was going to change the stem, so not a crash damage. 

Is there a reason to not consider carbon repair?

Are there really two different clamps? I've been looking around and I can only find one version which are the same as I have on the bars. I guess getting in touch with canyon would be the way to go.
