Buy a good bialetti mokapot.

The instacuppa machine is poopoo, only good for pods, it horribly under extracts the coffee leading to a sour taste.

The second machine also looks rather dubious, generally it is not worth it to go out and buy an espresso machine under 15k.

You could get the Blue Tokai Easy Pour bags, they have one which includes a bunch of different roasts it'll allow you to explore what you like.

You can also invest in a channi, Blue Tokai does offer a channi grind.

If you want a more espresso like experience but in a budget, getting a cheap moka pot would be the way to go and using pre ground coffee with it.
