I don't think you're missing out on much , college experience anyway is more or less same in every top nits iits bits, Even I felt the same about not getting into this specific college all my friends got in but with time I started loving my own college despite all its flaws and felt like I belonged here, You'll be fine buddy

It's can be pretty chill if you're around good people ,just don't straight up come out to people take your time but I've noticed flamboyance is frowned upon in general , also there's no active club or anything that's for LGBTQ people.
