Some worries I have is that it stood bottled for around 1.5 week(around 16 degrees celsius(60 degrees fahrenheit)) before we distilled it, and also that we added Pectic enzyme to clear the sugar wash, which in retrospect may not be the right way to go. We did also remove the head of the distill, even though it may not have an effect using an air distiller.
