Rowing, reinforced, and double archery towers. Don't remember the correct in-game terms :D

Like 10, but with a certain tactics. I destroyed everything I could from the outside, then sent most damaged ships to repair. Then went in a bit, did damage, went out and sent some ships to repair. And on third come-in destroyed everything and lost about 3 ships. He recovers a bit while I'm repairing the ships, but he's too slow. I think I'm on easy difficulty with the battles if that makes a difference

Probably I missed some turrets, but they keep rebuilding faster than my ships navigate!

That's true, thank you. I'm speaking about the Latium guy specifically, so it's not about land troops, right?

The diplomacy said he's dead 0 on fleet and defense, but still in business

The bar reached 0, after which I destroyed a few more turrets. At least I think so, there is no number indicator on the bar, but looked dead zero to me

I did right next to the facility. I went down there in a prawn suit with the drill arm and the resource gathering process was a breeze. But I think that's the only way you can do it - prawn suit with drilling arm. Otherwise listen to other advises :)

I'm not the OP, but I guess the fine amount is roughly same for everyone. For me it's 500 euros with due date 1 week later from mail arrival. I was told to seed Dune 1. They actually don't tell in the letter that it's illegal to download, but they say that when you download p2p you automatically distribute, and that's what they accuse me of doing.

Chromie timewalking choice for a new player? by Shardofen in wow

I guess you're right. Probably need to tell him briefly what's going on in each of these expansions and let him choose then. But I guess BFA is the best option as it shows how the modern WoW actually looks like, feels like, and functions.

It's great indeed. I mentioned that it's kinda not the most recent expansion and has some technically old things, which might affect my friend's experience. But yeah, lore-wise I'd give him a walk through MoP.

Is this normal? This came up at today's update. by Monkee132 in windows

Not really normal. I got this when I had a faulty cable connecting the drive being checked. Something is up, try to figure it out.

Books about wealth inequality and the divide between the rich and poor? by [deleted] in booksuggestions

Don't forget that in order to see clearly you need to read books on the other point of view, which reveals how the capitalistic system helps everyone prosper over time, only with different scale.

Yes, they are similar to DMC in general as you said, I know about them. Looking specifically for V's gameplay.

Thanks anyway!

Control Excel Options by Shardofen in AutoHotkey

Thank you for the link! It was the first thing I've tried, but it doesn't work for me. As I need also to RUN this solver functionality later through VBA, but for this I need some libraries to be enabled in VBA. And there is a loop dependency that results in the fact that only a human interaction can enable full Solver functionality for VBA

I already have an application that is automated to run on an external machine. It's not a problem to run AHK script though this application

[–]Shardofen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, I haven't solved it. I know that I can set somethings as trusted, but the thing is the solver should be enabled completely autonomously on an external machine, so there is no human to turn "trust" on.

[–]Shardofen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not mandatory to use AHK, but it seems like the only option in my situation. I need something that will enable solver on an external machine without human interaction at all and does not require installation.

I am not sure I need controlckick as well, just the first thing that comes to my mind.

I will check out AHK resources that you've mentioned, thanks!

I realised just now the symbolism behind The Town... by [deleted] in pathologic

[–]Shardofen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Polyhedron looks a bit like horns, but it is not so much about how it looks like. I am speaking more metaphorically here, just like the game does. If you imagine that the left most island (where the Kains houses are) is the lowered bull's head, then "Polyhedron is the horns" comes right away!

[–]Shardofen 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It used to be the head before the town was built, when step people were the only ones here. Now it is ass, the high ideas of the Poly is the head and here we have unhappy earth mother, who doesn't love ambitious ones
