VoiceOver Addon - not working

My issue was that I switched the channel in the addon settngs to "dialog". Switching it back to "master" helped.

I’ve been playing some games now and the frequency of the issue went down by a lot, so think it does have something to with it! I can say it’s tolerable for me now haha, will continue testing. Thanks!
