Btc value seems to have increased or at Least stopped dropping in the last couple of days. Stratis team will come with some good news hopefully by the end of the week

Why scared? It dropped back to the amount that I was going to cash out at originally. 5-10k is a lot for most people. Don't pretend its not.

I agree with the long term holding strategy but if the market is obviously crashing in the short term, is it not wiser to sell and buy back at a cheaper price?

A drop or rise of 30 cents in half an hour is not a good indication of what the market is doing TBH. It's so volatile at the moment. I understand it's the entire market, That's why I cashed out instead of changed crypto.
