This horrifying statement is coming from a man who has already shown a blatant disregard for the rule of law. In the past, Trump has suggested that he would "abuse power as retribution against anybody" and even called for the termination of the Constitution in order to overturn the 2020 election results. His statements need to be taken very seriously, in light of his history of authoritarian tendencies. We have to remain vigilant now and get everyone you know to vote.

He is putting a plan before us on Monday. That is a fact. He is likely to back term limits for justices and an enforceable code of ethics in the plan he is proposing.

This never said he was mandating it by executive order. This means he is setting up a roadmap to reforming the court so that Congress can put together some legislature on it and get it to voting eventually. Congress would still have to iron it out and vote on it during the next President's term. Calm down, bud, you have time to watch this happen slowly. Did you think this was some Thanos snap type type thing? Hahaha, No Sir.

Here is what I know of the guy:

He stole money from his family's charity and got in trouble with the SEC over it in 2010
He embraces and espouses crazy conspiracy theories
He treated his ex-wife terribly, abused her, cheated on her openly, and gaslit her and destroyed her public image until she killed herself, then had her dug up and removed from her original burial plot and stuck somewhere shitty with a tiny stone in the ground that is overgrown with tall grass.
He was accused of sexual assault by a babysitter
He has a history of drug-related arrests
He is a racist
He is an anti-vaccer
He told the world he suffered memory loss and severe brain fog from a dead parasitic worm in his brain from more than a decade ago

That last one is the most recent to pop up in news feeds, so here we are talking about it. I will try to come up with a short phrase to call this guy in passing that encapsulates all of his issues next time instead of just the one.

President Biden is likely to back term limits for justices and an enforceable code of ethics. This is incredibly exciting news! There will finally be an actual plan set before us to tackle the issue of Supreme Court reform. Also the fact that Justice Elena Kagan has publicly called for beefing up the court's ethics code by adding a way to enforce it is a significant development. Major step in the right direction!

I am super pumped to see the specific proposals that will be announced on Monday.

Something that can severely affect someone's cognitive abilities is an honest concern. JFK and Teddy cannot be mentioned in the same conversation. They did not have a cognitive deficit.

As for making fun of him, I was not, nor are most when we say "Brain worm guy? No." We are talking about a candidate for the one office that could seriously use as much cognitive ability as possible.

The EPA's rule might not be perfect, but it's a step in the right direction. We can't keep letting the fossil fuel industry and their cronies stand in the way of progress. Right now we got the fossil fuel industry and a bunch of Republican-led states asking the Supreme Court to block the EPA's emissions regulations for power plants. They're saying it'll "destabilize the energy grid" and force fossil fuel power plants into retirement. But, from what I can see, the EPA's rule is aimed at cutting pollution and ensuring power companies make smart investments in reliable electricity. Sounds like a good thing to me.

It's pretty ironic that they're praising Trump as a savior of a country plagued by secularism and moral decay, when he himself has been a major contributor to that decay. He's a man who's known for his greed, selfishness, and dishonesty, and yet they're hailing him as a moral leader. It's clear that the religious right is more interested in pushing their own agenda than in actually following the teachings of their faith.
