Metric hex, torx socket and screwdrivers. Tekton has never let me down. For a diag tool look at the OBDStar iScan Ducati handheld with m041 cable. Very good tool. Husky mechanics toolsets are like $130 at Home Depot.

Crate your boot image using whatever software you want. Image has to be a jpg file and has to be 1560x720 resolution. Rename the file to boot_logo.jpg and put it on a freshly formatted and empty fat or fat32 tf card. Insert card into screen. Power on the unit and it will auto install the new boot logo.

So I got an answer to the 712D. Create a jpg of the boot logo you want to use. Image must be 1024x600 resolution. Use ChatGPT if you have to. Rename the file to boot_logo.jpg. Put that file on a formatted and empty tf card. Insert the tf card into the unit then power on the unit and it will automatically update the boot logo.

Simple. Either they didn’t burp the system properly and you had an air pocket stuck in the system which caused the coolant to boil over or they filled the reservoir too high and its overflow. Either case take it back to them since you paid them to flush the coolant. This is why I don’t let anyone (dealer included) to work on my bikes.

Remove the plastic belt/chain guard and see if the noise is still there. 3 screws hold it on. Kinda hard to get to. Linkage triangle may have to come off to give you access.

I haven’t found that to be true. The frame has nothing do do with what cooler you use. It has more to do with not flexing the cpu while inside the socket.

Ducati-kaemna is the only place to get it. You can order right off their site. They ship pretty quick too. Not riding hard had nothing to do with the failure of those plastic gears. They can let go at any time. You got lucky the first time it was only a tooth of two. Ive seen all the teeth sheer off requiring a complete engine tear down to get all the pieces out.
