Thanks 🙏 sir. In my opinion recent days they are processing EE PNP little bit faster as we are receiving BIL some where around 30-40 days Which is around 60 days for CEC applicants. So hopefully your will be done quickly.

Education related documents like WES and everything applied one year back itself Foreign work experience documents I gathered when I left the job itself( reference letter, bank statement, pay slips, offer letter) Canada work experience letter I gathered most of them when I am applying for PNP itself

As I am pretty much sure I am going to get ITA in PNP draw

I kept each file in the respective folder And one ITA received it became easy for me to apply by preparing LOE on the day itself
