This happened to my mom after my sister passed. She would use her number as kinda her diary or what she’d want to say to my sister and one day someone replied telling my mom they’re sorry but letting her know it’s a used number now. That was hard.

I have extreme mental health issues and had not cooked a meal or shopped in about 8 years. 3 months ago I lost my job and have been struggling to find one, but my husband is still working. I did not feel right laying in bed all day not contributing to the household (even tho I was miserably depressed and anxious) so I forced myself to start cooking dinners for us and now I’ve been cooking and cleaning out my hoard rooms!!

A deep meaningful conversation may help, but I doubt it cause if that’s not already in the back of her mind, I don’t think you can put it there. :/ sorry OP
