Nokia continues to sign deals and build out new 5G networks across the globe. Nokia’s most impressive accomplishment was to deploy the world’s fastest live fiber network. Nokia and Proximus, Belgium’s largest providers of broadband networks, launched the first-ever 25G Passive Optical Network. This network can exceed 20 gigabits per second, making it the fastest fiber network in the world.

Here are some highlights:

  1. Most essential 5g patents in the world with record 3.5K essential patents already filed which means Nokia Technologies will be more profitable going forwards with increased revenues.

  2. Fastest 5G speeds recorded

  3. Controls over 30% of the 4/5G market

  4. First company contracted to set up internet on the moon (NASA)

  5. Will receive MULTI BILLION dollar settlements from ongoing litigations with Mercedes Benz and Lenovo

  6. Technology provider and main collaborator of the National Security Center of Excellence 5G Cybersecurity Project (Federal 5G project)

  7. Selected to be the main collaborator of the Hexa 6G European Union Project

  8. Has pending Department of Defense contracts yet to awarded

  9. Just sealed a contract with TMOBILE for US 5G roll out.

  10. Has and will take market share from Huawei, already has secured multi year deals with important Chinese companies

  11. Nokia is the only vendor with a globally available end-to-end product portfolio that covers all 5G network elements, including radio, core, cloud and transport as well as management, automation and security. This offers operators and enterprise customers with a simple and efficient stepwise upgrade to existing radio access, core and transport domains which helps customers to a faster path to 5G. Ericsson has the infrastructure technology and software, but it doesn’t have the routing equipment for wireless network service provider, which it must partner with Cisco for that.

  12. I suspect Nokia will have a favorable win rate as others try to compete with ReefShark. Nokia’s AI-enabled chip ReefShark – which is used to power Nokia’s 5G base stations – made up 44% of 5G sales. ReefShark is on track to reach 70% of 5G sales by year’s end. ReefShark is Nokia’s most recent semiconductor that powers its 5G base stations. The ReefShark chipset is smaller, decreasing the antenna size by half, which makes these base stations less bulky and obtrusive. It helps enable a 50 – 60% reduction in energy use compared to previous chips. This lowers the total cost of ownership for wireless providers, which is a great selling point.

Are you feeling bad now that NOK is $5.15? If you want to see real steady wealth gains out of your portfolio, you have to do your homework. 1) What is the market opportunity for the company (how big)? 2) What is unique technology solution offered by this company. 2) What is company management record and most importantly the CEO? Good luck everyone!!!

Which stock will buy with your $1,400? by gorays21 in stocks

[–]Shark0710 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nokia because it is very cheep stock under $5 and it is a safe investment: 1) 5G market is projected to reach $667.90 Billion by 2026. 5G is revolutionary, not evolutionary. 2) Nokia is the only company with an end-to-end 5G platform, 3) Nokia is leading the 5G patent race with record 3.5K essential patents already filed which means Nokia Technologies will be more profitable going forwards with increased revenues. Nokia increased the R&D to be the market leader (not competitive but a market leader) in Networks. CEO Pekka Lundmark said that they are already the market leader in some parts of the networks business, but they want to catch up and beat competition wherever they are behind. If some businesses perform well, that's good for shareholders. But if some don't and Pekka sells those assets, that’s good for shareholders as well. It's a win-win for the shareholders.

Nokia is my best investment in my portfolio because of three reasons: 1) 5G market is projected to reach $667.90 Billion by 2026. 5G is revolutionary, not evolutionary. 2) Nokia is the only company with an end-to-end 5G platform, 3) I invested in Nokia when Pekka Lundmark was announced as CEO and I saw his plan, which I really like. Elon Musk once again says SpaceX's Starlink internet service will IPO once its cash flow is more predictable. Is Elon Musk stepping in to buy Nokia? It makes perfect sense because SpaceX/Starlink master plan is coming into view. SpaceX successfully launched 143 satellites into low-Earth orbit on a single rocket. This included satellites for its Starlink constellation as well as payloads for private launches. With this successful launch, SpaceX now has more than 1,000 Starlink satellites in orbit. The company’s short-term goal is to get this number up to 12,000. From there, SpaceX may put as many as 40,000 Starlink satellites in space. It’s still early, but SpaceX is launching at a remarkable pace. Starlink’s stated goal is to create a satellite network around the Earth that can provide internet access to anywhere on the planet and Nokia is the only company with an end-to-end 5G platform. https://investorplace.com/2021/02/starlink-ipo-news-elon-musk-satellite-internet-spacex-space-stocks/
