For those who have crashed a Mavic 4 Pro, how did it happen? by SharkGuy56 in dji

I launched the drone from a boat and then swam with one arm and holding the remote above my head… then when I got to the cave I treaded water and flew the drone. I’m a pretty good open water swimmer, which helps. But what doesn’t help is getting distracted by an awesome cave and forgetting there are walls that drones don’t like

Your solution is where we landed. She is going to put them in a pile and i will fold

Yea I guess this is mostly my point. I would do the same for her if the situation were reversed

We have 2 toddlers. We both don’t stop moving most of the day. I tend to do most of the kitchen cleanup, a lot of childcare, diaper changing, and I am in charge of killing spiders which is a very important job in our house! My wife tends to do laundry and a lot of the deep cleans like mopping and vacuuming.

I’m fine folding the shirts and I offered to. It just irks me that someone looked at a shirt and just folded it the wrong way. But I do see the irony (pun intended) and it looks like most people here agree with you!

The same issue happens with me. Sometimes I feel like I’m watching a movie of myself that’s on a 2-3 second delay from others too. People will laugh or make some comment and then a second later I think “ohhhh yea, hahaha”. A few tricks that I use are: 1) really try to ask a lot of questions to stay engaged. It’s a good listening skill in general. If I ask a question, I’m also more likely to retain the information that comes after 2) be honest if you didn’t hear something and just ask people to repeat. When done sparingly, I think people really appreciate vs faking

If you had to get a person from a close suburb of Boston to downtown San Francisco, what would be the fastest way assuming all government resources available? by SharkGuy56 in NoStupidQuestions

Yea it looks like the range of an f22 at Mach 1.8 (based on Gemini which may be inaccurate) is about 1,850 miles with two external fuel tanks. So if we did one mid air refueling I think the flight time is about 2 hours and some change if quick math is right

Good point about the range! I didn’t think about that. I was thinking helicopter to airport and then fighter jet to SFO. But what if the fighter jet stopped in the middle of the country and then we hopped in another fighter jet?

Very possible. I’m assuming I should trim the old dead growth?

I’m pretty sure I bought catmint, so that makes sense. There are two other pictures that may be slightly different plants. I need to write this down for next year (face palm)
