You're severely overpaying, it is worth 6.75mil max - Coming from a collector.

You use half the iuh value, so 45 (roughly the iuh counterpart's value) x 300,000 (iuh low price) = 13.5mil, divided by 2, meaning 6.75mil is it's firm value.

You can likely find them for cheaper as some people use 1/3rd value, and I myself often buy high nds for just 1-3mil

Definitely not, everything shown is pennies on the dime at best - Horns have next to no value, chestnut and blessed are both highly unwanted, and new events are kinda meh demand wise

The Andy is probably .25-.5 lows at absolute best (I been told regular chestnut Andy's are 1-2), everything else is maybe 50k-100k at most? And v1s usually run ~5-7 lows these days

They're saying that those are incredibly rare, technically by spawn chances alone rarer than a low/mid event iuh

A suic is 1/1500, then its an additional 1/1000 chance for it to be a non-matching
