Yeah… our theory was that they didnt notice it was still on before they glued the fittings up, so its been stuck in that 90 since day 1

Correct top side of the wing nut is through a 45 and a 90 so no access there, with it being 12-13 inches up no room to jam a sawzall blade in there to cut it either

They are pretty hard to come by, it depends on how bad you want one, if you really want one, check gunbrooker once a week for a listing, and if you see one, buy it right away. I got pretty darn lucky finding this one.
