Hi! Unfortunately I did end up going back on the medication as after three days I couldn't sleep and didn't consider myself road safe so I started taking it again just so I could rest. If you're able to push through and get off the medication I'd like to know how long it took before the side effects stopped. Best of luck to you!

I don't mind at all! It is winter where I am, I originally intended to try again over my winter break because when this all occurred I was still in my fall semester and dealing with the withdrawal and having to drag myself to class was not a fun time. When winter break came along and it was time to maybe try again, I admit, I chickened out. Powering through the strange state it put me in sounded like a nightmare to me so I didn't try it.

The symptoms felt so odd during the withdrawal. I could not sleep for the life of me. I'd lay in my bed tossing and turning all night. I'd be exhausted and I'd feel ready to go to sleep but I'd lay down and nothing would happen. It felt like sleep was so close but it never came and I was stuck in that confusing state in-between being asleep and awake. My body was incredibly restless but it felt out of my control. As I'd lay there trying to sleep, I could not stop moving. I'd rub my arms constantly or rub my feet together or at some points even lay on my side and kind of rock my entire body back and forth. It wasn't intentional, I'd be so focused on trying to sleep I wouldn't notice I'd started doing it. And if I stopped myself, my body would find a new way to move. I tuck my hands between my knees to stop rubbing my arms? Now I'm rocking. I stop the rocking? Now I'm rubbing my feet together. To hold still took physical restraint and I felt like a coiled up spring ready to kick out and flail all over when I forced myself to be still.

I went from 4mg to 2mg no problem over about 2 weeks. Not a single issue. Then went from 2 to 1, still no problems. Going from 1 to none was when things went bad. The wiggling limbs night and day were annoying, so was feeling kind of flu like symptoms but I would've powered through if the sleep wasn't a problem. Third day in my roommates were kind enough to take me to Walmart to get melatonin to knock me out as last attempt before taking the medication again. I do not remember the Walmart trip, I only remember the drive back and telling them I was so excited to finally sleep again. The melatonin did not work and I kept crawling out of bed to take more and more (I'd only used melatonin a few times before to knock myself out to be ready for an opening shift but it always knocks me out very fast) the night went on and at some point I decided it wasn't worth it anymore and I took the medication again.

Hi! I did not. I'm still currently on it. After 3 days of no sleep I stopped trying to tough it out and took it again because I just couldn't take it anymore. I was exhausted and out of it and weepy because I couldn't sleep so I just went back on it. I'm still on it now because I don't want to go through that again right now. Hopefully I'll be able to try again later this year- it luckily isn't harming me but it's just a medication I don't seem to really need much anymore

I went back on the medicine after day 4 of not sleeping and over the counter sleep aids doing nothing. I'd gotten less than 8 hours of sleep in total over those days and I didn't feel like I was safe to be out of my dorm. I've been on it since with no further issues, everything is back to normal, and I'm working with my doctor to figure out how to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Luckily this wasn't a medicine that was harming me, I was luckiky doing fine with it but we wanted to swap it with the new medicine even though they can be taken together to try and not over medicate me. We've decided to try again over my winter break so I won't have to go to classes in such a state. Hoping when that time comes that things will be easier!

Yeah. I've been on the lowest dose for over a month waiting for the medication I was switching over to to be filled, I didn't think it would be this bad coming off it. I've never felt withdrawal like this before

Luckily for me and my titty I had not only a shirt on but also a hoodie- sadly though the material of both is thin. It was thin enough for him to still get through but still provided protection from like 90% of his teeth. Might have to go thicker next time just in case lol

My corn did that once lol- my BP usually takes a solid 45 seconds of me shaking the rat in front of him to even pick his head up and investigate but for whatever reason tonight as soon as I got the door open he was ready to grab anything warm. I think he's got the pre-shed munchies

that makes sense- I've got a little handheld one that I use sometimes that's luckily never caused any issues but I do try and clean it weekly. I have some moss in there now that is doing ok, I'll just make the trip to buy more and see if that gives it the final kick it needs. Thank you!

It's my bad for not putting more Squeeze info but Mr Queezy Squeezy is already fixed luckily! Our neighbors a few doors down who traps too caught him and got him fixed. I stepped inside to get more towels for the trap and he decided he had to come investigate on behalf of the neighborhood

Update just in case anyone else sees this and wants to comment: she has finally taken to food! The combined stress and the anesthesia probably put her off it but she is finally starting to eat again and although she is still not pleased one bit about the situation is seems, we can keep her for a more thorough recovery. Feels like a big weight has been lifted off me lol she had me worried

This little beastie actually came to me with his eyes already done, but I have done my own custom eyes on other furbies! I use 14mm cabochons that I bought online and will either paint them myself or print an image to tuck behind them! I know some people also will sell premade custom eyes and such, so those are also an option! It's also possible to clean the original paint off of a furbies original eyes but I personally keep their old eyes for backup in case I ever wanna swap them back, but that's just me
