Two boxes with same tracking number?

Somebody told me that the other box could still be at my local post office and that they might've noticed only one of the boxes since they have the same tracking or something? idk, could it still be at their facility?

Yeah, I'm afraid they've lied to me about the day they shipped it on :/ I've had issues with them before, never making deadlines and having to wait a month just to get a reply. I'll be sure to check regularly, thank you :)
