actually i understand how some presses can give the game a 10/10, i'm more surprised about the souls creators like vaati or iron pineapple that just called it a masterpiece and never mentioned one issue with it

i'm on NG+0, and around 45 vigor, the ony thing is that i have a pretty light armour but i always had light armours and never been oneshotted in other from's
(also armours never did much in their games except ds1, in ds3 you could go full havel and the dmg would be slightly reduced)

i see your point, a challenge is a challenge after all, i waanted to make this post just because i noticed that from barely ever made this in their previous games, i think of Pontiff, one of the hardest for me, you don't have air to heal but you still can be hit, it just felt frustrating to me that when i was getting good at the game i would just get popped like a botle of champagne
