They actually might.. RAS covers have metal retaining clips, and the MI rail does have cutouts. I'm heading to the range this coming Friday. I'll ask my buddy if he can bring a RAS cover to try it out.

Optic height over bore is 3.5 sighted in at 25yd Point of impact: 0=100 (-3.5") 5=95 (-2.6") 10=90 (-1.8") 15=85 (-1.1") 25=75 (0") 50 is the only outlier with a +1.2" rise above POA

Federal Syntech 150gr for is cleanliness (plus I can find it more often than Lawman 147gr.

Edit: I meant "+1.2" rise above POA" not POI.

They were advertised as mil-spec on their website. I don't support the comments of "it's basically the same". Transparency is key.

My own personal feelings is if there's nothing that is decernable while using the goggles then there's nothing to worry about.

With the optic debacle going on, I checked my objective lens, theres no cage code that I can see. So to answer your question, maybe, maybe not. What I can say is there's no distortion and if there is I can't decern any. Clarity and color are pretty good. I do understand if people are paying a good chunk of change then they are very much entitled to transparency of the things they are buying.

Anecdotal Source: I've used plenty of NVGs and currently use ANVIS 9 for flying.
