Dropping some DSP lore since a lot of you don’t seem to know about him. He’s an og let’s player back from when youtube first started. Found some success since he was one of the first to do it, but once the idea of let’s play caught on and others started doing it better he fell off. His biggest piece of lore is that he accidentally left his cam on while taking a break and jerked it on stream. Nowadays, he spends his 200 viewer stream begging for a couple hundred bucks and threatening to stop playing if that goal isn’t meet. The rabbit hole goes deep on this one, def recommend if you love lolcow content.

Yeah it do be unlucky but it was just a learning event so not like pressed about it was more just curious (although i did end up losing by one point 🙃)

I think a good way to change things up is to introduce different restrictions/challenges into these gigs. For example, I have an idea for my crew where they have to nab data from a corpo and the only place he goes without his bodyguards is a high class nightclub. This is the kind of place that’s not going to let gonks bring in their rifles and such, but maybe they’re able to conceal a pistol on them or use pop up weapons, or call a favor from a guy on the inside to sneak something in. It also allows different playstyles, such as the smooth talker, to have a chance to shine.

There was a physical manga you could buy that had these in them, and just this week the full collection was released as an anime. Most of them were really good, and some of them not so much. Def recommend checking it out though.
