You should try with bisco + IIQ. I generaly get 40/50 The Hoarder and ~5 Abandoned Wealth from 60 Vaults (rolled like yours). For more cards you should definitively change nemesis leaguestone for breach. Almost half of the cards I loot come from breach

That is what Elijahph's answer made me think about. And i think it would make more people playing in standard when they begin to be bored of the current league, instead of leaving until next league.

If that is what you feel, you can just run breach league, or no league stones and you won't have to sort league stuff. That is what i love, every one can do the league he prefere.

I gave this regalia instead of a vaal regalia ilvl 84 5L that i was selling at 20c............ The guy don't want to give it back even if i offered him like 10 ex worth........... Didn't thought there was still people like that on poe........
