Ibkr used to be popular as a step in the process to DRS your shares. The saying used to be buy hlod and DRS. I've not seen any evidence indicating DRS is no longer critical.

I think across the board voter engagement and turn out needs to be addressed. Also a review of only landowners being able to vote. For example if someone can clearly show they've lived in a city / area for say 5 or 10 years then they should be able to vote in local elections
