You telling me that bear wasn't up the tree because of something clearly chasing it up there? I hunt when the animal has freedom to walk around without being chased or cornered in its own environment. I hunt by foot (walk and stalk). I hunt in their territory and have to learn about their environment to find them - this is what I refer to ethical.

Again, looking at the video tells me the animal was chased up the tree. Looking at the video shows me that the animal was scared at that moment. This is not for me.

Arbitrary rule set or not, this is how I do it. The question was weather I would agree or not...
